Be A Star Forum is a youth empowerment initiative focused on emotional intelligence, trauma-informed practices, and transformational leadership. It is an asset-based development program designed to help youth recognize their inherent value, develop solution-oriented thinking, and believe in their own potential.

Be A Star Forum was founded by Beatrice "Bea" Sweet in 2012 (originally as Bea Sweet Consulting). Bea Sweet brings over 20 years of experience in youth development, community healing, and leadership training, with a deep passion to connect with young people based on her own lived experiences.
