Betrice Coleman-Sweet, affectionately known as "The Huganista," is the President and Founder of Serving Angels Media LLC, where she serves as a distinguished communications strategist, professional writer, and ICF ACC certified executive coach. With 30 years of deep-rooted experience in operations and management, Betrice possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between high-level vision and tactical execution, providing mission-driven leaders with the dual support of strategic foresight and operational excellence. Her multifaceted background is further strengthened by credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, an alumna of AmeriCorps Public Allies Los Angeles, a Youth Mental Health First Aid responder, and a graduate of Toastmasters leadership. Rooted in a profound belief in the transformative power of story, her heart-centered approach empowers organizations to move beyond simple goals toward sustainable global impact and lasting purpose.

Beatrice “Bea” Sweet serves as the Vice-President of Serving Angels Media LLC and is the visionary Founder and CEO of Be A Star Forum. A transformational educator and certified Master Trainer, Bea is also an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. With over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed, solution-focused youth and professional development, she is a dedicated expert in emotional intelligence, leadership development, and behavioral growth. Bea is driven by a profound belief in human potential and the power of breakthroughs. Beyond her executive leadership, she designs and facilitates high-impact workshops for youth, educators, and community organizations, creating safe, empowering spaces where individuals feel courageous enough to transform. Her heart-centered approach focuses on equipping people with the tools to overcome obstacles and cultivate lasting excellence through purpose-driven action and resilience, ensuring every participant leaves with a clear path toward their highest potential.
